It may seem like it, but I am not actually trying to see how many times I can blog in one day!
They admitted Alicia into St. Mary's. She isn't managing the nausea, the tubes feeds or her tracheostomy very well. The hope is that being in a managed care situation they can find a nutritional supplement that she can tolerate, they can keep her on fluids to reduce or eliminate dehydration, and they can get someone to help teach her techniques for swallowing and possibly speaking with her trach, and to aid in keeping her trach suctioned and clean.
I hopefully won't have more information until tomorrow! But if something comes up, I'll post it here.
